"We rented the clubhouse for my son's 1st birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The place it set up so nicely and had a fridge and stove we could use. We were given ample time to set up before hand, it really helped take some of the stress off knowing I didn't have to rush around trying to set everything up. We had the best day! We love it here at Indian Lookout, somehow they keep exceeding our expectations."

"I lived at The Lookout for the past 3 years. I absolutely loved my time here. The rooms are pretty spacious. I had a 1-bedroom and loved the fact that both my living room and bedroom had balcony access! My river view was super relaxing, in any season, especially with my morning coffee! I loved the summer pool time as well - lots of fun pool days were had! Maintenance always responded immediately to any concern I had, or any issue that needed attention. I had two managers, Jess was the first and Emily is the current. They were both wonderful, very attentive and welcoming! The location was perfect, close to downtown, just up the street from the Anderson Ferry to take you to NKY, and a short drive to Indiana... can't beat it! If I ever need to be in an apartment community again, it will absolutely be Indian Lookout! I will miss it very much!!!"

"I have only recently moved into Indian Lookout about 3 weeks ago, and I can already say Emily the property manager is amazing and all around wonderful, and Tony the maintenance guy is super helpful and awesome. The area is quite an up hill drive but it is worth it for the quiet, especially for a nursing student like me. There are groceries stores just a 5-10 minute drive, everything that you need is within distance and don’t have to travel far. I personally appreciate the 17 minute commute to school, and the best perk for me is assigned parking. The surrounding area feels safe and secure, especially at night and in the winter cold."

"I just recently moved into Indian Lookout Luxury Apartments at the end of January 2022 and I would have to say my time here has been perfect! I moved into one of the brand new updated units and can easily say it is worth the price- especially for the community and the location. The maintence is phenomonal and always quick to answer a request I put in, the staff is super welcoming and friendly, and the community itself feels comfortable and safe. I love calling Indian Lookout home!"

"The property is beautiful and wonderful views of the river that are incomparable. The management of the property are so easy to work with and so kind. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any issues, and the property is taken well care of. The dog park is beautiful and great to have in an apartment community. The neighbors are so friendly and kind. I can’t say enough nice things about property manager Jessica. Just such an outstanding person to work with. She made making a huge life change so easy. The property is so quiet."
