"My family and I move here to Hilltop Apartments and it’s the best thing I could have done for my family!!! It’s not just a place to live it’s a COMMUNITY. The property is well maintained and staff is very professional and friendly. Apartments are spacious, clean, 2 full bathrooms, pet friendly, and family friendly. There’s a gym , pool with deck (beautiful view), volleyball courts, basketball court, picnic area, and ample parking just to name a few. It’s close to the interstate and shopping. It’s quiet and safe here. I LOVE IT HERE!!! Thanks HILLTOP STAFF!!!"

"I cannot recommend Hilltop Apartments enough. Scott and team are exceptional at making this community feel like home. They are very communicative about upcoming changes to the complex, including improved landscaping, parking lot closures, snow removal, amenity upgrades, etc. They’re also very friendly and timely when answering questions about payments. The maintenance team fulfills requests quickly and effectively, and takes special care to alert us of their visit and keep our apartment clean. The property itself is beautiful, with a sand volleyball court, basketball court, soccer field, swimming pool, and gorgeous deck to watch the sunset. It’s at the top of the hill, so I always feel safe, even without it being gated. It’s close to shopping centers, gyms, gas stations, restaurants, etc. and is within a mile of some family-friendly parks. Prices are fair and parking is spacious. I’ve never seen issues with cleanliness and all of my neighbors are kind. 11/10 recommend."

"Hilltop is a great place to live. With a reliable staff that will help you with whatever you need very quickly. Tucked up on the hill the surrounding areas are see able with a gorgeous view but virtually impossible to hear. I really like living at hilltop."

"Lived here for the last 3 years and enjoyed it. It’s a very dog friendly area, great location and responsive maintenance. Apartments are nice. Parking can be an issue at times, when coming home from work it can be hard to find a spot close to your unit. Price is also pretty steep for the space but the location is really great. Frequent construction was annoying, every few months something major was being done which restricted parking and made it difficult to drive around. Also there needs to be a few more stop signs at intersections, was almost t-boned multiple times a week. However, I would still recommend this to anyone looking to live close to Oakley."
