Rent is very reasonable for the area, the apartments are in great condition (mine was freshly painted / carpeted when I moved in), the office and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive / friendly, the online systems for maintenance / paying rent are easy to use, they hold regular community events, and I could go on and on about all the effort they put in to ensuring you have an amazing experience living there. One thing I think really sets Centennial Station apart from other communities is their reinvestment back into the community too. Since living there, they have updated the lighting around the property to be brighter, new curbs / sealcoat on the driveways, new washers / dryers, new light fixture in my laundry room, and many other upgrades that show that rent goes towards keeping the community up-to-date. If you have rental needs in the Cincinnati area, I wouldn't hesitate to give Centennial Station a call!"

They consistently operate with integrity, friendliness, professionalism, reliability, and efficiency. Brian, Michael and the rest of the maintenance team are top-notch. You will pay a bit more at this apartment complex, but I consider it well worth the money. Your maintenance orders get fulfilled in 24 hours on average and their automated online system makes everything you need done seamless. I really appreciated that when my lease was up, I was offered a rate that was reasonable with my lease renewal and it made it sustainable for me to stay. I cannot say enough great things about Centennial Station. They're just the best."
