"Don’t move here! Infested with roaches, property not kept up with AT ALL. Maintenance SUCKS AND VERY RUDE. They don’t care about tenants. Roaches, bed bugs everything and THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO RAISE THE RENT $200!! $1200 to live in a run down roach house. Don’t bother coming here. I’m currently reporting them to The housing authority"
"I just moved in 2 weeks and was infested with roaches so I got moved to another apartment and bombed a total of 4 different times and still see them in the new apartment and they refuse the give me my deposit back because it me been too long but i haven’t even got to sleep in the apartment once they also told me the wrong move in amount so they told me they will credit that toward the next month rent but when i ask for it back i was told it’s been too long"
"Since changing from "Pine Lake" to "LakeHouse at Florence" rent went up tremendously, and they are towing vehicles off the lot for needing minor repairs for less than 2 days. Didn't even have info on hand for the company they contracted for the work, or specific statute referenced in the fine print of the lease pertaining to the parking management."
"If I could give zero I would this is my second year it's hard to move let alone move when your in nursing school but I would Their never then when it says they should be they lie take advantage and rude I could go on and on if you want black mold roaches and bed bugs leaks and more this is the place to go"
