"Would not recommend to anyone. Terrible management. Only Katie Coulson is competent and helpful, so if your unit is under her jurisdiction, congrats. Otherwise it has been an abhorrent experience trying to contact management to get property issues resolved. The staff is unresponsive, and they are belittling when I can actually get a hold of them. Communication is absolutely horrible (non-existent for issues UNLESS it's about the company wanting tenants to re-sign leases). Since my property manager would not answer calls and take at least a week or more to respond to emails, I have been to the rental company office itself a few times, and the unprofessionalism I see there is appalling (staff slamming phones down after calls, treating tenants like they're a nuisance). I have moved around the country a bit and have rented from many other companies/individual renters, plus my mom is a landlady herself, but I have never seen a company like this. Gaslight Property does not care about you. Good luck if you sign a lease and then run into any problems at all. If you do sign with them, do your homework and find out who your actual property manager would be. There are limited good property managers, but most are terrible, and the company is terrible. I would love to keep living here, but I can't deal with them for another year. The handyman and other people that come for repairs do seem actually nice and good at their job, but it's management that has huge issues. If you are wondering about positive reviews for this place, the company will do raffles for 'a chance at free rent for a month' if you write good reviews about them, so maybe one or two are real, but I really doubt it."
