"Venture one properties somehow put an eviction on my record during the end of my month to month lease where I had put in my 30days notice to leave the unit in 2020. I was not notified nor did I receive a summons to court. Venture one properties had my number and email on file but did not inform me of anything or why this had to happen. I never missed a payment, and I put in my last months notice with final payment when I noticed they had a mice infestation, and even have it on file that I did so. Court was dismissed, however the eviction is showing up on my record in year 2023 and has been causing issues with my future living arrangements. I would not recommend venture one properties to anyone. They need to be stopped. I’m unable to contact them via the phone number they provided. The number has been disconnected it says."
"I have tried to contact this office repeatedly with no luck, says the number is disconnected. One of your building has a huge infestation and it needs fixed as soon as possible before the board of health is called. Tenants are living in UNLIVABLE conditions. This is terrible! Please get your property on W Galbraith together as soon as possible or place the tenants elsewhere where conditions are actually livable."
"They have some of the most unconsiderate people that rent at this apartment Blaring music and all hours the night. I would not rent from this apartment complex has really gone downhill even though they’ve done a lot of maintenance and fixing it up."
"Ive lived here for over a year and this place is nice and is well taken care off. Its mostly quite and maintenance is here when you need them. They keep the hallways clean. The staff that run the place are genuine and actually care about the tenants...you dont find that very much any more. Rent is affordable too."
