"I’d give it no stars but this place is so nasty. The manager of the complex or owner, is so rude. They are have us park in a church parking lot to redo the pavement and still hasn’t done it yet and everyone’s car is getting broken into because of it. It’s been months! This place has bed bugs and roaches. Do not rent from here!"
"I am so happy that I finally moved out and can leave a review without fear of retaliation. DO NOT MOVE HERE! When I first moved in I thought it was okay the ac unit works well and is enough to make the small space stay cool. I had to move in very quickly because I was going on vacation right after moving and didn’t get a chance to really do a walkthrough until after I got back which I very much regret because it was obviously not very well cleaned before they let me move in. There was mold in the ac that I did my best to clean out and the vent is so dusty it makes noises. I asked about it but they did nothing about it and canceled my maintenance request. The bathroom walls had what I am is assuming nicotine dripping down the walls every time I took a shower no matter how many times I cleaned it. And the vent in the bathroom wasn’t screwed into the ceiling. Months after moving in I found large cups of cigarette butts deep in a corner under the kitchen sink. There is a roach issue and they say they are treating about every two weeks and you have to take everything out of your cabinets so I basically just couldn’t use my kitchen unless I wanted to move everything in and out every other week. Communication is non existent and I very rarely would get a reply or I would get a phone call when I was at work instead of just replying to my email which feels very shady. The property manager was rude and spoke down to me from the moment I moved in, I had issues getting the door open and she told me I needed to push the door in a tone like I was stupid and when giving parking passes explained everything angrily and refused to answer any questions. I didn’t get an attachment in an email and asked about it was told I didn’t look then sent an email with it attached 4 times, which is just petty. The parking situation is horrible they moved it to a lot behind the building with one light, no actual accessible parking, and constant thefts and break ins. When asking questions about that I also got no response until after my vehicle was stolen I was told that residents don’t need to know about any improvements being made to the parking lot or building because it’s not their business. I was refused a new parking pass after my vehicle was stolen and told I had to just use my visitor pass. The only positive I would say is the price but with all the issues it’s still not worth it. When you try to put in an application and have difficulty getting them to reach out take it as a sign to run far away."
"UPDATE: Michele reached back out to me and was very informational and helpful this time around. I must have misinterpreted our initial interaction and I admit that I spoke too soon. I've submitted an application and paid the fee but now it seems that I can never get in touch with anyone. When I finally did reach someone (Michele), she seemed like she was inconvenienced by me calling and didn't care to help me get into an apartment."
"★ Popularity: Locally known. ★ Size/Location: Medium. ★ Business Type: Apartment building. ★ Business Hour: 24/7, residents only; office opens 9am - 4pm. ★ Parking: Private parking lot. ★ Accessibility: Handicapped parking spots. ★ Facilities: A public restroom, a community room, a gym, several benches around the building. ★ Staff: A general manager and three (?) maintenance handy men, no security guard. ★ Pet-friendliness: Pets are allowed, there's a fee. ★ Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed. ★ Expense: Cheapest studio I have found so far. My year-long stay at this apartment complex, from 2020 to 2021, was a positive experience overall. I rented a studio room on the 4th floor and was pleased with its small and cozy size. The room was in good condition upon move-in and required no repairs. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen area featuring an oven, stove, and fridge. The big window in the room offers a view of the woodland behind the building, and the air conditioning unit installed below the window keeps the room cool in the summer months. However, during the winter months, the AC alone wasn't enough to warm up the room and I had to purchase a heater. While the building has faced some disasters over time, problems are usually fixed quickly and don't cause major disruptions. The parking situation, however, remains a challenge and I saw no improvement during my recent visit."
"Really good security. The doors stay locked. You have to get buzzed in. Clean facility. The residents seem nice. There's an elevator which is good considering that there's 7 floors. I only go there to see my client, but I've had a good experience every time."
