"Living here and particularly moving out was frankly so mentally draining to me. I dealt with bugs, absurdly hot rooms, a bathtub that I could barely use without fear of breaking it. When I tried to break the lease an internal system error occurred and claimed I had almost 2 grand of unpaid rent and they sent a letter threatening eviction. In trying to reach out to them the customer service contact is not a real person but instead an AI and they barely helped with anything other than scheduling a tour which was completely irrelevant to me. I want to make it clear that the property manager, who was new at the time, was very kind about the situation but her boss was condescending, rude, and made me feel bad about trying to help myself and my situation."

"Apartment was gorgeous. Scenery was peaceful. Project manager was well in-formed and gracious. Issue: two sperate tenants as I was coming and then going warned me about wood roaches that everyone has to deal with. They are huge bugs that are similar in size to hissing cockroaches at the Cincinnati Zoo. Project Mgr. confirmed this to be true. Everyone gets them.... debating future move here."

"Do NOT move here. I lived here for 7 months and they were by far a horrible 7 months. I can’t tell what’s worse, the fact that maintenance workers will just walk into your apartment after 2 knocks and no further notice or the fact that the apartment manager tells us we had a “credit” and our rent was cheaper that month and then once you move out they said that was a false statement and then charge us the extra “credit” anyway. It seems like a nice quiet spot to rent but when you have one resident arguing so loud in their apartment and then someone else blaring music out of their car at least 4 days a week for over an hour, it’s not really worth it. On top of that, I had gone to the apartment manager about structural issues such as, our front door has a huge gap at the bottom for some reason and needed to be fixed, they never fixed it but sure did charge us it after we moved out. Want a “quiet” spot that’ll screw you over way they can and then gets one last punch in after you move? Fath Property is the place"

"I asked the property manager back when the last walk through was done in my apartment if she could have someone paint in here. There is paint chipping in spots throughout my apartment. What looks like water damage on the ceiling, right about where I sleep, it was a small circle about the size of 3 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches wide that has doubled over the years. Yeah, so I've have really been happy here. The walls look so bad from wiping them down over the years. My air conditioning unit looks very dirty. I'm embarrassed to invite anyone to my apartment. I don't have a key to the boiler room (which I feel I should have one and I have asked for over the years). I have to go to the office every time I need to get into my storage unit which I think is ridiculous. Tried to move to another fath property, was told I was denied because of my credit, so okay. I'm fixing my credit, I'm almost ready and one day soon I plan on moving to place I love. It is a nice neighborhood though."
