The little girl at the front desk is incredibly rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional. For such a high app fee I would expect common courtesy at the least. I am a real estate and property management expert and this a joke of an operation. Bunch of swindlers."

"Amy Katenbrink should not have a job as a leasing manager here or anywhere. People choose homes thinking they’ll be safe, welcomed, and respected. Amy in charge is the absolute opposite of that. She discriminated against a tenant with a disability for a rare disease. This tenant has a service animal who Amy treated as an “emotional support animal”, which regardless is still a service animal. Not only did she verbally harass this tenant but also started to get physical. She disregarded the tenant and used petty excuses for her actions and words. Do not rent from here and Amy needs to be held accountable for her disgusting actions. If i could give 0 stars i would."

"as a real previous tenant, don’t delete my review. You are trying to hide your mistakes. This complex DOES NOT CARE about who lives here at all. This place is as horrible as it was shown to the world on a tik tok of a young lady getting discriminated for her service dog. They do discriminate and it’s not a good place to live. Amy is so unnecessarily rude and does not deserve to keep her job. Every interaction with her was aggressive and unprofessional. Neighbors are extremely disrespectful as well. One of them put lint in my clean laundry. People were CONSTANTLY touching my laundry and that is no fault of the apartment management themselves but only the fault of the older bitter “owners” of condos in the complex (it’s an HOA + owners renting out their apartments). There is no respect anywhere. Your car will get vandalized. Your packages will disappear. There is tons of crime! I could go on and on. If new management takes over it has potential to be such a nice place because of the location but until then, stay AWAY!! I would give them no stars if I could."

"The manager, Amy needs to learn how to treat people!! You shouldn't descriminate someone with a disability or complain about a service animal! She has no morals & needs to be taken to court for this. I'm glad there is evidence of her mocking this girl, cussing her & calling her names. I wish I had an option to give zero stars. This just shows what kind of a person is running their business. I've managed businesses before and this is a perfect example of what NOT to do to someone! Pathetic!"
