"Our new manager Annette is the best! I moved here before Venture purchased the property and I must say there has an amazing turn around! I have lived in my building the longest out of all the residents so I’ve seen first hand the turn around. Property Manager Annette listened to my concerns about previous experiences and really followed through!!! She came to my unit and walked through as I pointed out my concerns. She took notice of other things as well that we’re not up to standard from previous ownership of the property. She asked me to give her some time and patience to organize the repairs. She really followed through and I am very very happy she is here!!! Please continue to keep up the good works. Thank you!!! I now feel at home and that is wonderful feeling being a renter."

"This is the Best place to live in this area! Wonderful Management and Great Maintenance! We’ve been here 15 years and have absolutely no wish to move. However, sincere the rent continues to raise improvements on the interior of our building needs improvement. Building carpet needs cleaning and residents are propping security doors. Former manager Tammy was always on top of everything but now it’s not the same"

"7/27/2023 I am Pearl Lynch and I’ve lived at the Wimbledons for over 30 years. I am a senior citizen with many disabilities that handicaps me and my way of life. Annette Miller is my new property manager. I am writing this review to commend her. My apartment flooded as a result of a malfunctioning A/C unit on 7/8/2023. I met Annette for the first time during this very stressful time. She accessed the problem and has been handling the situation with professionalism, compassion and grace. I was feeling immense anxiety because up to this point I’ve always had to wait on a timely response by some prior property managers. Annette listened to my concerns and together we came up with the solution to transfer me to a newly renovated apartment on the property. Thanks to Annette, I feel better about living here at the Wimbledons than I ever have. Annette Miller deserves a 5-star rating on her performance review! Sincerely, Pearl Lynch."

"As a person whom had been searching for an apartment that fit all my needs, for months, I am extremely happy with my new home at The Wimbledons! The entire apartment is updated, clean, and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS!!! It has the most storage space I’ve ever seen in an apartment setting!! I love everything about this new place I call home; but the property manager, Tammy, made everything even better! She was kind, understanding, patient, efficient, and most of all, she made me feel as though she truly cared about me and my family! I highly recommend The Wimbledons if you are looking for your new home!"

"This place is a joke and I am so happy that my mother was able to move away. My mother has been complaining about how awful it was living at this apartment complex and I got to experience first hand. I visited over the summer and my mom warned me about a bug infestation that she continued to tell maintenance about. Ants everywhere and moths. Also just random bugs like spiders, bees and centipedes in the apartment. I spoke with other tenants that had complaints of bugs. This place isn't treated for insect or rodents. Numerous nights I've witnessed cats carrying off rats they found by the dumpster. Another issue is how long it takes to have an issue resolved like the time the air unit went out and leaked all over the floor in several units. During my visit the security door was broken and the door had to be left open for several days. No one was notified. And the lights went out in the hallway for 3 days. No one notified. It was pitch dark and pose a fall risk or security risk. Another issue is the hallways never being cleaned. The same cobwebs and bugs, same garbage spill stains, same nasty smells. Another issue is the dumpsters always being filled over and trash being left outside of them. And there is mold in the buildings. In the bathrooms, black mold coming out of the sinks. This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood but I am SO happy my mom is out of this place."
