"Worse place I’ve ever lived. When I first moved in it wasn’t bad. Randomly they began to switch owners every 6-8 months. They left no way for you to get in contact. Now that they have a phone line they ignore every call and rarely answer. They charge you for things you don’t owe (I was charged 100$ for a pest control fee because they claim I denied a technician work which is completely untrue. The tech came and did his job and left) and when you try to contact them they won’t answer until the last day you can pay rent. They offer 0 solution to any problem . Give you the around and telll you management is busy. It’s literally a slum. Do not move here. You will have roaches and mice no matter how clean you keep your home. There is new office staff every month who claim that they are new so they can’t assist you with your problems. They are extremely rude no matter how professional and nice you are. They treat their tenants like a nuisance when in reality they are making our living situations hell. The father company also doesn’t reply to any emails or reach out so goodluck going above the leasing office . Try your hardest to stay way from hidden creek. Either move somewhere cheap or you don’t mind a slum lord or go somewhere where they aren’t trying to ignore you until it’s time to scam you absolute 0 out of 10 STAY AWAY AT ALL COST"

"If I could go back in time I would have never moved here. They can't fix things and even switching management company's they don't do anything either. I have been without heat that was reported nov 1st and they still haven't fixed it. I called the code enforcement office they was given 48 hrs to fix it so I have heat and guess what it's been over the 48 hrs and still no heat. Don't be late on rent. I was because of my mistake. I fixed it and they refused to check the email I guess till after my help to cover the rent I was behind on and even 3 more months advanced and they took me to court. Here it's been a month maybe a little over since court and they still haven't accepted the payment for everything they wanted. They are rude and disrespectful, and definitely not professional. They also dont have washer and dryers or even hook ups in all units as the website states. FALLS ADVERTISING! SWITCH AND BATE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"They don't care about pest control, apartment issues, or tenant issues. They just want your money. Been there 3 years and seen 3(?) Different owners, and they never change. Seriously, don't make the same mistake we made. It was cheap at the time but now we see why. The roaches and dilapidated units aren't worth the savings."

"Terrible place to live. Infested with cockroaches. Hasn’t sent out pest control in 9 weeks. Half my stove top hasn’t worked since I moved, toilet paper holder was on the floor when I moved in, cabinets missing handles, the windows and doors are leaky so you’ll pay a high electric bill, mold on patios, door handles come out of closet doors when gently opening them, dishwasher hasn’t worked since march maintenance came and fixed it (flipped a fuse) and it still doesn’t work, seal on my fridge has cockroaches, rats in every wall, garbage dumpsters always full and trash everywhere. Got an eviction notice due to them not inputting my money order for rent. Threaten eviction because I wasn’t “complying with pest control” when they were coming out and spraying every week but notifying the office they weren’t. Don’t bother trying to call they won’t pick up. Do not notify them of any issues in person make sure you do it in writing. Read through the lease agreement because they will screw you over. I’m so excited to move out but I have to start over with everything due to the infestation. Absolutely wish I could give this place negative stars as it deserves nothing and should be condemned. Take pictures of anything and everything if you move in."

"Invested w/ Mice & Roaches only a month after my friend moved in. Management has been dragging their feet on this issue for years . Also you can barley get ahold of the leasing office by phone. Residents always have to go down to the office when they need information/ updates. Overall terrible place to consider living please beware of this company Birge & Held, as they do not take care of the people paying thousands of dollars a year for unhealthy living conditions."
