"I moved in with no problems any issues I had when I moved in was fixed the next day I have been here for 4 days and seems very nice"
"I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. Move In day was so great! Laney was my favorite person! And then out of nowhere management changed and EVERYTHING went down hill. From maintenance , to landscaping, trash and management themselves. It was like pulling teeth to even speak to them, new management was in office for 2 months before we ever even met them. I suffered a miscarriage, and kept them informed telling them I’d be late on rent , they did not hesitate to evict me during the loss of my child and quite Frankly refused to show any compassion to my partner and I’s situation. We lived there for 7 months with EVERY closet door broken off the hinges all maintenance said was “unfixable” my bathroom ceiling leaked for 3 months before anyone came out to look. They charged me a 500$ pest control fee for bed bugs that lived in the apartment before I did. So PLEASE if you’re looking for property management that doesn’t care about anything other than a check THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU !!! You’ll never be able to find parking because they don’t inforce that even tho you pay for a parking spot! You’ll most likely only meet Kenia on move in day, after that you’re on your own !!"
"This is not a place I would want to live, I was supposed to move in September 15th so I asked if I would want move in on October 1st. The manager gave me the okay and called to confirm everything which would make you think I’m getting the apartment that I asked for. The day comes for us to move in and everything in the apartment is completely ruined and not ready. I emailed the manager and let her know all she says is “ I can get someone to fix it right now”. The problems aren’t able to be fixed in just one day it really seems like they just wanted money. Once I returned the keys the manager huffed and puffed like it was a problem. I wouldn’t even want a homeless person living in this “townhouse”."
"Been living here since 2022. Had some rough experiences with the management in the beginning. Though recently there has been new staff that is more efficient and responsible . Especially the new office lady, emily who is an excellent employee. Her customer service skills are top notch and she is always friendly and professional. She is also very efficient. She deserves to be commended for her hard work and dedication."
"I caught over a dozen mice. Code compliance came and posted multiple violations, including not being weather-proof, with snow coming in through the windows and AC units. I had to tape up my door and windows because it was forty degrees in my apartment. They put new carpet over mouse droppings. Hot water lasted five minutes at most. Never got to use the dishwasher because the blade was chewed up somehow, and I noted it at move in, we moved out after six months of continuous lack of maintenance. Our front door was broken in with a crow bar, and the door frame was cracked all the way up — they said it was ‘supposed to be’ fixed before we moved in because it’s a security risk. Filthy grime in clothing washer. Do not move in here. I gave them a certified mail letter saying they had thirty days according to Ohio law to fix the unlivable conditions or we would be able to vacate the unit. We went to the ER three times due to allergic reactions to mice, and at one point my fiancé was in a ‘hypertensive crisis’ at 30 years old! The manager signed for the letter, and we didn’t hear back a single word for thirty days, so we went to turn in our keys. First off, the manager refused to come downstairs to speak with us, and instead made the front desk receptionist speak with us and try to argue that we couldn’t ‘break the lease’ and we needed to give 60 days notice. No, that’s not how that works. If you give somebody uninhabitable housing, they cannot make you stay. So we turned in our keys, signed the forms, and left. They told us that they couldn’t really tell us what corporate would decide in terms of our ‘break lease’ fee, even though they would be breaking the law and getting misdemeanor charges for not keeping those units up to code. Now they’re trying to say we still owe rent to them for the month after we gave them our keys. Update: The generic ‘reach out to us’ Google response doesn’t do anything to fix the fact that your MANAGER refused to come down stairs to speak with my fiancé and I about our unit being UNLIVABLE as per Ohio state law."
