"Avoid renting at this place at all cost. If you dont wanna be dealing with people who dont know their job, this place is not for you. Maintenance is terrible, they take forever to "fix" things, plus, they dont fix thing as they should be. Manager will never help you with anything, even if you ask to. Apartments are in terrible shape, and they wont do anything to make them look better. You guys dont even deserve a start, but i have to in order to rate it. You guys are just a joke, maintenance and management.."

"If you plan on moving into this apartment complex, beware of the office staff. They are shady, untrustworthy people. Before you make your decision to move in, be sure to drive through the complex, because the blinds in the windows let’s you know just how well they take of the property. I had to give one star to initiate this, but I give them a zero."

"If you like growing mold inside your place, no parking and surprise water shut offs without notice, this place is for you. Want to hear every word your neighbor says? You're in luck. The ultra thin walls are perfect for just that. Want to be totally ignored by the office when you complain or need assistance? They've got you covered here for that too since the office is across the street. Like water leaks that eat away asphalt? They have that too here. Other great features....broken blinds, sheets as curtains, trash kept on porches, dog poop everywhere, and a sincere lack of caring about residents."

"Our names are Eric and Linda Gorby. Three weeks ago we signed a lease with Oak Run Apartments. They told us at that time they did not have the key for our mail box and would get one made for us. Three weeks later, we have no key! Three weeks without the ability to get our mail! We have talked to them twice, left five messages on their phone and never a response from them. We have emailed them three times with no response. The two times we got through to them they said they had to put a work order in and we just had to wait. If we could give their management a zero, we would. We are trying to get help from post office-but they do not own the box."

"I am writing a new review. We no longer live at these apartments. There were some problems here and there. Leaving was more on a sour note, we bought out our lease. Today I called the office and Amber was helpful and super sweet. The apartments are nice and not a bad area, however we have a baby who has medical problems and we could not stay for personal reasons with management at that time. Amber seems to be the best by far for the office. We wish everyone the best."
