"I've lived at Brook Lane for almost three years now, and it has truly been a lovely experience. My apartment has become a home that I will forever hold dear to my heart. I'm sad to be leaving (due to work) but I can honestly say this is such a great place to live! The leasing team is fantastic - very communicative and welcoming. Maintenance handles work orders in a timely manner as well. The property is well maintained, the residents are friendly, and the pool during the summer is a fun place to be. I love it when they do Food Truck Fridays (if you're like me and never feel like making dinner when you get home after a long week). There are so many good things to say about Brook Lane but you'll have to live here to truly experience this great property. Thanks for everything Brook Lane team!"

I have no desire to live anywhere else because they are wonderful people who do their job quite well and keep the community clean while treating us residents nicely unlike the last management which was like living under strict control to say the least!"

"Don’t believe most of the really nasty reviews, most of those are most likely from people who violated their leases, had multiple other complaints against them from their neighbors, parked illegally preventing other tenants from having a parking spot, etc etc and are just mad there were consequences. I’ve lived here since October with my husband and two dogs and have never had any issues. The manager and assistant manager are extremely friendly and helpful, maintenance always fixes any issues asap, there’s a fenced in area for you doggies to run and play, and the complex is clean with a great atmosphere. They’re always doing things for tenants like giveaways, food trucks, events for pets, providing donuts and coffee, and so much more! If you intend on respecting your community and neighbors then this is the place for you."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 5 months it’s our first apartment and we love it. We hated that only available was the 3rd floor but we actually ended up loving it, so much more privacy and not as many stairs as you would think. All neighbors are super nice and respectful. Dog park is nice and very useful for our 7 month old pup! Appliances are super nice and very updated. Maintenance is awesome and so fast! We had a issue with people not picking up poop and the office immediately took care of it. Parking in the back has always been an issues past about 8pm but nothing too serious, a few more steps won’t hurt! Very quiet around us and always feel safe. I walk my pup all the time at all times of the day and late at night and never feel threatened. Office employees are amazing and do so well with issues and always work around things we need help with. Overall I love this place and it has succeeded all of my expectations of a first apartment!"
