I have to give a solid shout out to Leasing Consultant Paige who was so patient and kind during our tours and with paperwork, very prompt and knowledgeable. Can't thank her enough!"

"I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. The one star is for the staff in the leasing office who were always nice despite being overwhelmed. This property is really the opposite of “luxury”. Holes in walls, stained carpets, garbage overflowing to the point that people just throw it in the parking lot. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the night with no explanation. The noise level is out of control. From screaming kids running through the hallways unattended to paper thin walls where you get to hear domestic disputes, to adults AND kids screaming at the pool until way past 10pm, to people bringing club level boom boxes to the pool blasting music, I don’t think I ever had a good night’s sleep! The main concern is the amount of crime that takes place on the property. I witnessed drug deals in the parking lot at least two times. A gunshot went off near my window about 5 months ago at midnight. My car was stolen ONE DAY after I bought it. Last winter, two cars were burned to the stake and sat in the parking lot as a scary reminder for over 10 days. The property management doesn’t care about safety, esthetics or quality of life. It’s all about charging astronomical rent for a subpar apartment. I am so much happier at my new place where it’s beautiful, quiet and SAFE."

"I absolutely love loving here and I’m happy to tell you why. My apartment is big and bright and very affordable. More affordable than other complexes especially for the size! I have a king bed and it fits in my bedroom fine with room to spare. The amenities are amazing too. I quit my OT classes because the gym here is pretty large and has a lot of equipment…like 5 treadmills, two bikes, two stairsteppers, 5 or so ellipticals and even a squat rack. My favorite part is the sauna and steam room and spa quality massage room. Yes, an incredible masseuse will come to your apartment building! Harper house is also very dog friendly!! Everyone has such cute dogs. I’ll include a few pics"

"We love all of the amenities! We’ve lived here a year and have loved every minute of it and plan to stay! The staff (Paige, Chance and Beth) is so friendly and helpful! The pool and movie theater rooms are our favorite places to hang out:) The monthly activities are well thought out and executed…we try to get to all of them! ♥️"
