"If you like your smoke detector going off anytime another unit sets theirs off (1-2 times a week) or hearing what your neighbors are doing next to you and below you this place is perfect. Peace and quiet is nowhere to be found here. By far the loudest and most annoying apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to move!"
"I have rarely commented on or posted about places but, I believe it is important to be aware of what you are getting for your money when it comes to housing for your family. Year three beginning and nothing has changed since my last post. Still rips in the window screens, faulty doors, no security, smelly and unkempt halls and stairs, ANOTHER INCREASE IN RENT, absolutely no amenities to speak of except a washer and broken dryer that both take quarters. Not even so much as a bike rack for the second and third floor tenants. Thank you for reading."
"I’ve been here a long time and they always fix any maintenance problems from the very first months of being a tenant. Always had excellent managers as well from the first one we had in 2017 when we moved in Danielle to now Liz! They have always been very nice and helpful! Recommend the Arbors !"
"I had no hot water. I sent in a request and they came that day to check it out. Turns out I needed a new water heater. They came in the next day, (Saturday morning) and spent 4 hours replacing it for me and making sure my hot water worked. I feel so safe here! Thanks maintenance for doing such a wonderful job."
"This place is highly overrated. The price is absolutely not worth any of the headaches you have to deal with on a regular basis. Anybody on here that rates this place above a 2 star was paid to do so. There is no sense of security after they removed the locks on the first door, people drive into the complex at 1 am and just park outside, there are absolutely ZERO amenities and yet they charge for them, rent gets raises for "improvements" but no improvements get made at all, and on top of everything else the maintenance staff are rude, creepy, they don't schedule times when renters will be home and they don't communicate with renters. If you put in a work order for literally anything you need to expect and at any given moment a stranger is just going to barge into your home without notice. Horrible community with angry people who cuss at you in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and stay away."
