"Clean, quiet apartments"
"If I could give this place zero stars I would, my sister put in an application with her boyfriend. The man who owns this place is incompetent & disrespectful & a nasty man. He denied my sisters boyfriends application, but DID NOT review theirs together, only pulled his app and didn’t run hers with it, told her that her boyfriends social came back as “deceased” but instead of calling them as an owner SHOULD when there’s an issue with an application, he disclosed this information to a family member or hers vs calling her. Then gave the apartment to someone else instead of calling them, since her boyfriend was clearly alive and well as he was there for a walk through, and is not deceased. He was rude with my sister on the phone, gave little to no explanation, never even processed her application and not to mention that when he did show the apartment he was VERY unprofessional and left them alone to look at the apartment, didn’t show them around or go over anything he handed them paperwork and said “either sign it or just leave if you don’t want it”"
