"It's a small, quiet place, overall which is old school so it offers smoking and non-smoking rooms. I believe there's about 40 rooms in total. It was very affordable. My room had the basics; microwave, mini-fridge, very basic small TV, AC/heat at least, and the wifi are usable (ask for the password at check-in). The telephone in the room is not even connected to anything, so why is it there? Lol! There's no coffee pot, blow dryer, or extra bedding. There's no safe, extras, no clothes hangers or complimentary items.. besides a couple tiny bars of hand soup and two rolls of toilet paper (bare essentials). No plastic cups or anything like that. So come prepared! There is a marathon gas station next door at least. There's also no vending machines onsite though. I couldn't find any ice machine onsite either! They only give you one regular towl, one hand towl, and one wash rag. You must remember to bring your own soap and shampoo! The shower had plenty of hot water at least. I found a washer and dryer but the washer is out of order (under the stairs) so the coin dryer is useless to me. Besides the location, this place ain't completely horrible for a place to sleep, considering the cheap price but it's old and a little run-down. Overall, it's cheap and quiet though (2-star motel), and the location has little to no options! I'll attach pictures of the single queen room I had for a week in Lebanon, OH 45036."

"Horrible staff!! So mean and not friendly!! Had bed bugs ... As soon as I went into room I removed covers and bugs were jumping on my finger!! Guy started yelling saying he was calling cops lol!!! What a nasty joke of a hotel! Will be reporting to the better business bureau!!"

"The guy at the front desk was nice at first but when we got to the room most of the lamps were missing light bulbs and the ones that had the lightbulbs were very dim so I said that me and my boyfriend needed to look for anything bad and when we looked between the mattress and the box spring we found bed bugs. We picked it up with the hotel key and took it to the front desk guy and I kid you not he picked up the bed bug and killed it and said “that’s not a bed bug “ and we had to demand a refund . The refund has not hit our account yet and it has been 2 days ."

"New owners. Alex and his wife. Very mean and disrespectful. At check out they accused me of leaving the room full of trash. Knew that was going to happen. Because they're shading. I made sure I recorded how I left the room. Also recorded how nasty there where when turning in the keys . When I first arrived the owner name was yuogi.. the rooms where so nasty that I had to bleach from top to bottom. Even had to carpet clean. Only reason I stayed was do my budget and car issues . Around the first week Alex took over. My ceiling folded with water due to the a/c above.. meaning it had be doing damage to the flooring upstairs. One day the ceiling will cave in. I have that on recording along with making Alex awake. I told him he should get it taking care before something bad happens. Still has not done anything. Checked today. Actually left last night. But drop keys off today. Anyone want to see the videos before checking to this place I will send them to your my advice is not go there. I will be contacting the fire and health department. Also when using a debt card they require you to give them your pin number which is illegal. Have Alex on recording saying the law doesn't apply to him that it's my problem! If you choose to stay. Record every interaction with theses people. I'm expecting them to charge my card for damages. Again I have them on recording. You should because if they pull a fast one you will have evidence to sue in court. As I will"
