"I just moved in, and so far I am really happy with the place. Betty is awesome, and every interaction I’ve had with Dawn Mgmt has been great. I am looking forward to my time here!"
"Excellent first apartment! Betty and Dawn Management do an superb job managing the place. When the water was not draining well in my tub, they were prompt to fix it. When I had to end my lease early, Betty worked to get a renter in so I wouldn't have to pay a penalty and I could get my security deposit back! My only complaint is that the previous renter was a smoker so I had to wash the walls and ceilings with vinegar and water to get the smell out (which worked surprisingly well). Otherwise, I had good experience at Williamsburg and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Lebanon for a reasonable price."
"Betty gave us a great move in experience! We are very happy with the condition of the apartment and how peaceful and quiet things are for the most part. Maintenance is pretty quick about solving problems that arise. Overall, we are happy here."
"My husband and I have been living here for a year now and absolutely love it! It is clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. A five minute drive or an eight minute bike ride gets you to downtown Lebanon where there are shops, little parks, a library, ect. We are so happy here and would recommend it to anyone"
