"I've called Lincoln Park office over 35 plus times. The people in the office there. Are business minded .. I wished they put miz Robin back at Lincoln Park Sorry people working there"
"Been here three years these apartments are the worst I've ever lived in they don't fix nothing everything is sky high for nothing they complain about the wrong things they are poor at doing their job sad they don't care about their tenants my wife has sickle cell anemia and we couldn't get a 1floor plan because she's not in a wheelchair they wanna charge for picking up trash and they wanna over step their boundaries."
"I've been here for 6 years and this year is by far the worst it has been for me living out here. They refuse to answer the phone in the office even when workers are on-site. The refuse to fix anything, and we are starting to have bug issues out here. They don't care about the property or the people that live here. When you do come in contact with workers they are rude. They want you to comply with the rules but they won't. This is very unprofessional. I haven't known what my rent is since August due to my husband loosing his job and now he has a lower pay and they want me to pay the old rent amount until they feel like adjusting it even when we can't afford it. I got covid Oic said they would pay my rent well i have lost that assistance because they won't respond and now I'm 7 months behind on rent and they refuse to answer the phones so my family can't get help. This is a very sad situation and they won't help"
"Okay but how do I get an app ? To come into the office you have to make an appointment. But I've called and left a few vms over the past two weeks and no return."
