"First let me point out that one of the only 5 star review for this apartment complex is a review praising the property manager. This review is in fact written by the current property manager Raelynn Cavins This apartment complex is awful. where do I even start. - For some reason there was a vent in our kitchen that was directly connected to the neighbors kitchen. So , whenever our neighbor decided to smoke in their kitchen our whole apartment would smell like cigarette smoke. We put in a maintenance request to seal up this vent but no one ever did anything. - The dumpsters at the complex are always full. Whenever they're emptied they are full of furniture from illegal dumping within 24 hours. I notified the property manager several times with nothing ever being done. - When the new manager, Raelynn Cavins started, she began putting very aggressive notes on everyone's doors. One note stated that any child's toy left outside of an apartment would be confiscated and only returned after paying a $50 fee. - When moving out I had a cardboard box full of other broken down cardboard boxes. I attempted to throw this away but all of the dumpsters at the complex were completely full. I left this box in the kitchen and notified management that it would be left there due to no dumpster space being available. After moving out I received a bill for $2000. They charged me over $400 to move those boxes, which could be carried by one person in one trip. The rest of the charges were mostly for things that were wrong with the apartment when we moved in or things maintenance refused to fix. - When I went to the property manager Raelynn to ask about the charges her exact response was: "Maybe you should have been a responsible adult and not f***ed up your apartment" I have always gotten my security deposit back at any other apartment complex, and I take good care of the apartments in which I live. This is easily the worst experience I've ever had with any customer service. I absolutely do not recommend ever living here."

"Maintenance doesn't do their job. Kitchen closet still has no ceiling after months when we had reported it. Bathtub constantly fills with water from who knows where. Nothing is ever fixed not worth the money, find somewhere with better upkeep please. Save yourself the trouble"

"Office staff was fine but we had some Horrible neighbors! The property mngt has some Unfair tenant policies. Do not recommend. Wayyyy overpriced and no amenities! Go somewhere else for the price of rent for a 2bd 1bth townhome is 2x the amount for a decent mortgage and you'd be owning your home! Also the "floating" basement floors harbor black mold like nobodies business! Do your research before making the mistake I did!"

"Very nice apartments, pet friendly including pitty babies. Very nicely set up. Very roomy basements and nice sized bathrooms. Very clean. The area is great, amazing school district and lower crime then in the actual city of Springfield. A also very close to gas station, entertainment, grocery store. And if you can't get what you need the city is close enough that its not a inconvenience to go get what you need. WOULD DEFINITELY LIVE HERE :)"
