"They came to save the day...I Had a reservation at a different hotel and they told me I couldn't have my 3 yrolds birthday party the day of her party. I called this hotel and they said that it would be fine for me to have a my daughters birthday party here thank you guys so much we will come back next year for her birthday too."

"The Indian woman(I didn’t get her name) at the front desk customer service is top notch. She seems to care about the comfort of the guests, resolves issues right away, she’s very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The staff can be seen cleaning throughout the day. The rooms were clean (I stayed in 2 different rooms). The first had brown stuff splattered on the wall by the sink(you can see in the picture). Other than that the room was very comfortable. I can appreciate this hotel."

"A terrible experience, rug was soajen wet, not sure if it was the rain or the AC unit, but it was terrible. Phone was broken and didn't need to even be in the room. No remote for the TV and the latch to secure the door was broken off. No way I'd recommend this place and if not for being dead tired, I would've left."

"Great hotel with comfy beds, the pool and hot tub were great but there were never any towels, also if you ask for late check out and they approve it make sure you get a note from the previous shift. We got approved for late check out and the next morning someone came to our room claiming they don't do late check outs and rushed us away threateningto charge us. Pitty because we were going to rebook and stay for 2 weeks but decided not to because of the incident."

"The hotel was okay at best it reminded me of being in a old abandoned high school or a really nice homeless shelter. The heaters in the room did not work I was freezing all night long and the tub did not hold water when I first turned on the water it was brown from rust had to let it run to go away. There was food left behind in fridge from last guest so seems they don’t clean the whole hotel was very dirty and to make it worse a couple hours after getting to the room we found a roach crawling on the wall and my boyfriend checked the pull out couch in our room and it had bed bugs the only reason I’d give this place any stars is because the pool and hot tub felt amazing but they close by 9pm and that’s on the weekend I’d never come back to stay tonight maybe to swim and use the hot tub but honestly for the price and at that point might as well just go to a water park for the day. Very disappointed. The woman at the front desk was nice but all the men who worked there were very creepy and unwelcoming. Oh also they kicked everyone out the pool for 3 hrs so they could mop the floors which I don’t get it’s an amenity that was paid for"
