"I’m only giving one star because I have to give a star in order to write a review. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unless you want roaches of course. I had to leave just about everything behind and start completely over. I keep my apartment very clean and called the office immediately upon seeing one. They came and sprayed our apartment but NONE of the surrounding apartments. How does that work? I absolutely REFUSE to live like that. Roaches multiply fast and it got bad quick. Save yourself the hassle, the disgust, the dissatisfaction and total waste of money."
"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Tajma is very rude and is a terrible customer service representative. Tanya is only nice when it benefits her. I signed a lease for a 1 bedroom apartment. It smelled like cigarettes, it needed repainted due to multiple paint chipings, there were nail holes in the bathroom, and the heating & cooling air duct was broken. They stated it was still under renovation before signing the lease. When moving in, NO CHANGES WERE MADE. I addressed the situation all through email, recorded phone calls and lost my first months rent and security deposit. They even admitted they dropped the ball. I figured they would be courteous enough to give me my security deposit back that way neither party lost...even though it was their fault. Before breaking the lease, however, I decided to knock on a few doors to get the opinion of actual renters. 1 out of 5 said they liked it. 3 said run when you can. 1 said it's a hit or miss. I warn you, please do not rent here. It's not worth your time or money. It's 100% a scam."
"Office ladies have no clue what they are doing. Water has been l leaking from my roof for a month now. Maintenance has said they have fixed it 3 times now. The last time the cut a 5” x 5” hole in my cieling and said they fixed it and would be back the next day to patch it. When I got home there was water dripping right through the hole so I called the office to fix the leak. The next morning I get a call from maintenance saying they where going in to patch the hole. The office never even told them it was still leaking. So I called maintenance and they said they fixed the leak and they left paint chips all over my bath tub. 5 days later I still have a huge hole in my cieling and I’m gonna call the health department."
"Please. I repeat, PLEASE do not rent from here. The landlord is just rude and disrespectful. The neighbors are at times also! Rules are always broken. Loud music playing. Cigarette butts laying EVERYWHERE. We have problems with stink bugs coming into our apartment and it's awful especially with a little baby. They're EVERYWHERE. So we had to move ASAP. I'm paying $600 for a huge 3 bedroom home but expected to pay $530 for a small one bedroom apartment. There is just too much. Don't recommend this place."
"I rented a 2 br apartment a year and a half ago and the apartment was fine for the most part. I appreciated the property manager working with me when my payday fell outside of the rent due date. My only problem is that when I decided to not renew my lease, they kept my deposit citing a shelf clip that was missing (about 99 cents in any hardware store and was missing when I moved in). They claimed that i did not clean out the fridge ( I forgot a brand new unopened pack of bacon), and said the stove and bathroom was dirty.I bought at least $50 worth of household cleaners including bleach; we wiped down walls and moved the stove and refrigerator to clean behind them.I even left them fancy clorox toilet cakes for that fresh blue water and ocean breeze smell. I sent them a letter well in advance indicating that I would not be renewing my least and that i would like to schedule a time to walk through the apartment with them before I moved. They never replied and stiffed me for my deposit. I would rent from them again if new management held the property, but my advice to anyone who decides to rent here, document with pictures of apartment on move in and upon moving out."
