The Conifers

"We moved in about two weeks now and we are loving it here. Our neighbors are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our apartment home was clean and beautiful upon arrival. Ashlyn and Marsha, were so helpful, polite and VERY welcoming. The maintenance team here has been fantastic and so friendly, everything is done in a timely manner and clean up after they are done. This is a great choice for anyone loving for a place to call home."

"This apartment is best in that area. I stayed there for more than 4 years and enjoyed. Apartments are spacious and most importantly all staff , management is supporting. It would have been better if it has an open kitchen."

"Worst place I’ve ever lived would rate 0 if could Constant AC issues that were never fixed and I have small kids so even worse Squirrels in the walls that were never removed the entire 2 years I lived in building 9550 Horrible rancid order in the halls Not to mention they expected you to pay well over a thousand dollars for constant and I MEAN constant things breaking down. My actual dishwasher fell out the wall cause all they had it in with was a tiny screw!!!!!"

"Was fine when I moved in, even my friends complimented this nice apartment...then it rained for the first time and my bathroom ceiling started to leak. And leak everytime it rained, it took a week for them to send someone out because in their words "there have been so many emergency requests their maimtancr people are extremely busy". They say they're email you once you put in a request yeah good luck you'll have to call the office if you want any update. And they fixed the leak but my ceiling is still collecting rain and there's a pocket of wet paint in my bathroom and now there are gnats all over my bathroom. Then right after they"fixed" the leak my entire over the toilet cabinet FELL OFF THE WALL. No response from that request I put in a week ago. My friend who moved in here said she put in 7 requests and her microwave doesn't even spin. Would be a great apartment if it wasn't literally falling apart and apparently a ton of other residents are having the same issue come at your own caution definitely would NOT reccomend."

"I have lived at the Conifers for about 3 years in an Evergreen 1 bedroom apartment and have loved it. It is a very quiet neighborhood and I've had minimal to no issues with noisy neighbors. The rent is reasonable for the amount of space you get. It's rare to find a 1 bedroom apartment with a huge storage room. I appreciate the security of two locked entrances to the apartment. There are a lot of great walking paths with the neighborhood right behind my apartment building. The pool and amenities are nice. Every time I have ever called with an issue they respond very quickly. I would highly recommend! Thank you!"
