"BED BUGS! I stayed at this hotel for month long stay for business in September 2023. My room was on the 4th floor and it had bed bugs. I did not notice them until several days into my stay and only realized after I had bites on my arms and legs and tore the bed/mattress apart and saw dead bed bugs in the seam (took photos). Staff accommodated me by washing and drying all my items at no charge- like they should. However I had to do myself they just allowed me to use washer and dryer for free. It waslate at night when I discovered bed bugs and I was washing and drying everything until 3am. Staff moved me to a larger room down the hall but on the same floor. They treated the room I had been staying in by thoroughly cleaning and also an exterminator treated the next several days. However, if you’re familiar with bedbugs, the only thing that eliminates them is heat treatment which was not done at all l. I reached out to corporate to inform them of my displease I received a “Sorry you had that experience” and heard nothing from the general manager at this particular hotel regarding the situation. The staff member who assisted me during the night, however, was very accommodating and apologetic. Other than that no one else seemed to care! I would NOT recommend staying here. Also, charged double on my corporate account and also my personal credit card which transaction had to be reversed. Plus side, staff in kitchen very, very nice and also warm and welcoming!"

"Stayed in several Home2 locations, and this was by far the worst breakfast. I know that's an added benefit, but just be aware, that is something you'll not want to bank on here. Location was great, staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This location does have a working Peloton Bike, too, so that was great!"

"The rooms are clean and a good size. It was nice to have the big refrigerator, dishes and even a dishwasher! We had ample towels and a nice shower. The hotel staff were all very nice, easy to work with and very helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. Very pleased!!!"

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I never leave reviews but here we go… My company reserved a week long stay here for training and although the rooms are decent and have a nice kitchen area.. the NOISE is insane. The first night there was a party outside until 4 in the morning on a Monday night and my window faced the patio. I got no sleep for work I called the front desk at 3am and they did nothing. The second night was the same scenario. Drunk guys yelling on the patio till almost 4. I called the front desk again and she said she could do anything as the rooms were full and hung up on me. She called me back and was a little nicer but still didn’t resolve the situation. This made working excruciating the next day. The next night was decent as most of the party had checked out. Night 4 a different group was outside making noise yet again on the patio/hallways. Luckily only till midnight this time. I informed my company and am going to let them handle it and hopefully they’ll get some kind of compensation for this because it was completely unacceptable. Think twice on staying here if you work in the morning and want a full night of sleep…"

"My team and I had a wonderful stay here while attending training at the adjacent Yaskawa facility. Rooms were huge, comfortable and equipped with a full kitchen! The breakfast service was exceptional and my entire team enjoyed it. We will be coming back again after the first of the year and look forward to another outstanding stay!"
