"I have been a tenant here for about 6 months, the move in process was qucik and easy, there have been some issues needed addressed with our fridge & oven, on both occasions Mariah was extremely helpful and quick with her responses! Not only that, but if anything changed in the process of getting them fixed she kept us in the loo and constantly updated!! The two maintenance guys that we have met so far were also extremely friendly & willing to answer questions or address any concerns with ease and quickness. So far this has been an incredible experience and we love our apartment so much!!!"

"My experience with this property management company since moving into one of their apartments in November 2022 has been nothing short of disappointing. Anticipating minor issues upon moving in, I was unprepared for the multitude of problems that ensued. The condition of the apartment was abysmal, marked by filth, power outages in half the unit, inadequate heating in all but one room, a peeling shower panel, and a bathtub faucet that lay disconnected in the tub. The ceiling fans were rendered unusable due to improper installation, and the list goes on. Despite reporting numerous issues, the majority either went unaddressed or were haphazardly resolved at best. Reassurances that such neglect is not reflective of their typical business practices and claims of caring for residents proved to be empty. Conversations with fellow tenants revealed a shared narrative of similar grievances, painting this company as the epitome of unprofessionalism. My attempt to rectify a water leak required four separate requests before it was adequately addressed, exemplifying the sheer indifference displayed by the property manager toward both residents and their valuable time. The need to submit over 20 maintenance requests merely to attain a livable space speaks volumes about the lack of commitment to tenant satisfaction. Furthermore, the revolving door of maintenance personnel, with a new face almost every time, adds an unwelcome element of unpredictability to the living experience. These issues barely scratch the surface. In summary, this property management company stands as the worst and most unprofessional entity I have ever encountered."
