"Lovely place. Quiet and relaxing environment, alongside nice neighbors. Conveniently located to many stores while also neighbors to the local post office. Very kid friendly. City pool and multiple parks are close proximity. Almost perfect."

"Not a very great place to live. Had to throw basically everything away when I moved out cause BED BUGS were crawling through the walls there was black mold in our linen closet and everything just so happened to break door knobs would fall off the lights would be iffy in the kitchen you’d be lucky if both of them turned on at the same time.. not much of an outside space and no great area to run around with your kid so kind of expensive for what you get. I’m pretty sure that they were being sued for an excessive rent fee which was a $12.99 fee to pay rent"

"Entire leasing process was simple, fast and easy. Great location and quiet, peaceful setting. The general manager Robyn always responded promptly and tried to be helpful in every situation. Just disappointed though because the leasing manager and regional manager were not willing to address a severe secondhand smoke problem caused by my commonwall neighbors who both chain-smoked inside their apartment. I left at the end of my lease only for that reason."

"I am very surprised by some of these reviews in here. This is my first apartment I’ve ever rented and it’s been such a great experience. Every maintenance request is taken care of within 24-48 hours. It is very easy to get ahold of those that are in charge. This apartment is ran by Elon Management so sometimes the managers are at the other location but I never have any issues getting ahold of them or needing something. The only thing I have to complain about it not being able to have a tie out for my dog but that’s more so bc I’m lazy and I understand why we cannot. Other than that, I have no complaint. It’s a very nice, quiet neighborhood to live in. I would recommend. Ps- I’m choosing to live here again for another year hehe. A great place!"

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and we've had minimal issues with management. Both the property manager and the office lady are so nice and helpful. The actual physical quality of the apartment is cheaply put together and easy to be worn down which then makes me feel that I'm paying too much. I enjoy living here but they often make it difficult to enjoy because utility prices rise or something is broken and it take a while to be fixed at times. You can make it home but I don't know about a long term home. You could live somewhere much cheaper for the same quality apartment."
