"It`s a big warning sign when you see people keep asking lot rent pricing and what it covers and no one answers the question. It is also obvious it is too high for the constant complaints on the roads, access abilities and over all up keep of the park. I have noticed many of these parks that are corporation or LLC based are really just looking for a monthly income that can be forced on tenants for their own profits. Be vary wary if a company does not post its rent brackets or people refuse to answer the basic question of price. It usually means its very high and they know they are over pricing. It also means they are not holding up their side of the contract by using that money to tend to the parks needs."

"Unresponsive maintenance, cracks in the sidewalks to my mother's place continues to not be repaired and is a tripping hazard. Rude property manager. Meanwhile lot rent increases and it doesn't even cover basic lawn mowing or snow removal for an allegedly 55 and over community."

"Love the community/people that live here. Potholes throughout tho make it tough on vehicles & riding bikes. Pool hasn't been in use for over 7 years (maybe longer) for "repair" needs. Otherwise, wonderful to be here."

"The quality of care for this community has gown down hill drastically over the years. Residents moved in to enjoy their later years in peace and have not got what they bargained for at all. I always worry about the safety of my granny because they are now allowing just anyone to move in... "Just anyone" in a place like Marion is dangerous! Don't allow your parents and grandparents parents to settle in this community you will regret it eventually"
