"Went to rent an apartment out here. 1. Property manager is very uptight and judgemental. She looks to see what your wearing and makes snap judgements based on what you wear. 2. Nobody should have to make 3X the amount of rent to just rent a small shoebox of an apartment. And they aren't even worth it. 3. If I wanna pay that much in rent, then at least let me have my dog and cat with me. Their better behaved than most of your tenants."

"This is going to be a long review. First I want to make clear my problem was not with Kiralynn, who is in charge right now of the office. She is great, always willing to help in any way she can. The apartment was nice and even though the bathroom and kitchen are kind of small and awkward, everything else was perfect size. Big apartment for a good price. I would say that having upstairs neighbors is horrible, especially when they stomp instead of walk. It was really hard once they moved in. Hopefully I was not as loud to my downstairs neighbors. People talk about the area were this apartment is located as scary, but honestly I found it very peaceful. I loved having everything close by. Now I want to talk about my move in experience(June -July 2022), it was traumatic. I used to live in FL and I did everything over the phone or online. A week before I was to move in I was called by the person in charge back then and told that my apartment wasn't ready. I was ok with that since I still didn't have to return my keys in my previous apartment and could stay longer. But on the day that I was literally entering the state line to OH I got another call and was informed that my apartment was still not ready. I had to stay in a hotel for a week with my dog and pay for an additional week of my U-haul. At the end of the week my apartment was still not ready, I was ready to call a lawyer since I have already sign my lease. All was resolved with me being giving another apartment. I had to, last minute, call the utilities and internet companies to make all the necessary changes since I couldn't exactly look for a new apartment when I had nowhere to go. When I ask for some type of compensation for my troubles I was told that the company said there was nothing else they could do. I did not only lost money, but valuable time. On top of everything I lost multiple job interviews because I was in a hotel that whole week and couldn't leave my dog by himself there. It was horrible, I was homeless and the person in charge back then(Jessica, I looked at my emails) even told me that the other option was for me to look for a new place to live and they will give me my deposit and everything that I had paid back. THAT was completely unprofessional. I WAS STAYING IN A HOTEL. I was FREAKING homeless."

"My husband and I were looking to downsize from a condo and toured this place several times. The platinum units are just perfect for us and come with all the appliances. Kira has been amazing to work with, she is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area as well which sold us on this location. We are currently on the waitlist for a 2 bedroom platinum unit and could not be more excited to start on this endeavor!"

"I recently visited Mallard Landing and was blown away! Kiralynn was so nice, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. The grounds were kept nice and neat. The apartments sizes were surprisingly spacious and the location is perfect. I will not be moving until spring 2023 but I am so excited to move to Mallard Landing. It’s definitely my first choice!!"
