Reviews
"Elevators faulty Huge rodent infestation Bug problem Cameras don't work for our safety Good personal, maintenance, staff But, as much money as this place brings in every single month. the owner should step it up. The workers can only work with what they have. I love living here but, Fairfield needs to update plumbing , and the laundry. building , is just very old.. Needs to update tower 1"
"Walked to the elevator should have known better from the rest of the reviews and I kid you not there was an extremely skinny man leaning against them with a needle hanging out of his arm and a string wrapped around his arm,it was disgusting he seemed to notice me pretty quickly I guess my foot steps made him jump awake because it looked like he was sleeping standing up and all he said was sorry and then stumbled off, I don't care what friend or family member lives here I'm never coming back again I moved away from my old city for a reason and this is one"
"Great residential apartments. Every visit the building seems to be taking care of. Elevators can be an issue at times."
"I helped my disabled aunt move in. The residents were helpful when they could by holding open the doors while i hauled in large items. The hallways were very clean and her apartment was newly carpeted and painted. The manager was helpful. But the only negative was that the elevator wasn't big enough to haul up my aunt's couch."
"Parking is a joke for seniors and disabled alike. Then let's talk about the constant breaking down of elevators. Lot of rift raft that runs in and out of it. This place out lived it's usefulness. Good riddens."
