"They don't remove Snow and you can't get anything fixed anymore since they changed management their concerned about there bonus by staying under budget so spending to keep things safe or fixed is no longer a concern....."
"Don't be fooled by the new mobile homes they are very poorly made and extremely over priced. The park itself has a lot of potential to be a nice place but it has a very long way to go and the current owners are not putting the time or money into getting it there."
"I recently met with the woman who is currently running the office and she was very thoughtful, helpful and considerate. She took the time to show me around, and while I don't live there, the park seemed very clean and well maintained. There seemed to be more applicants than spaces so, high demand. Which I think means things are good. I was impressed on my visit with the very capable woman at the front office, and with the park in general. I know this review almost sounds like I know some one but I assure you, I do not. I went to visit out of pure curiosity, wanting more space than an apartment would offer. I then decided I wanted to buy, but anything on that site gets snatched up quickly and the one I saw was in contract by the next day. I don't think you could possibly be disappointed living here. Again, I know no one, just a visitor. Just my opinion."
"Absolutely horrible place to live. Our water was triple what it should be and they said it was a typo and fixed it but is still trying to charge us $168 when our water is no more than $50 we lived here for a year and it's never been more than that. They said they would call us back and here it is a month later and they won't answer the phone. The manager is "never" in. Voicemail after voicemail and still nothing. this place can go to hell."
