"During Covid, it was very difficult to find a community with a management staff that would personally answer the phone. Tim and his staff were courteous, personable, and very helpful in getting my family and I moved into the ideal community for our needs at such a difficult time. I have found the community at Evergreen to be quiet and clean and the neighbors very kind."
"My husband and I have lived her almost 3 years and have loved it. No complaints at all. Barbara and her maintenance team have always been quick to assist with any request or questions we may have. If it wasn’t for the fact we are wanting to expand our family and have a bigger home, we’d stay here indefinitely."
"The apartments are in shoddy condition. Maintenance is overwhelmed and understaffed. Property manager has no communication or urgency in fixing major issues. Have lives here for 1 year, no complaints from neighbors, rent paid early/on time. Have had no power in 3 rooms for a week now and nothing has been done."
