"We lived here for six months and had to move states for a new job. We loved everything about this place. It’s peaceful and the apartments are lovely. Management was great too- Rick and Holly were always available to help with whatever was needed, and Reagan promptly attended to our maintenance requests (we didn’t have many of those). Many people are compliant, but a few people don’t follow basic rules and then whine when punitive actions are taken. We got our full deposit back (minus outstanding water bills) when we moved out. We wish we could find another redwood community here but sadly there’s none. We miss Redwood Marysville SR4!"
