"We moved in Sept 22, we love living here, very animal friendly and very beautiful homes. Slightly pricey but the home and staff make up for it. We've had miscommunication and or no communication when it came to some maintance requests in the past. They did get better at responding to them. The neighbor to our left has 2 dogs that bark nonstop, but we understand as we also have a dog. Overall Holly and the rest of Redwoods staff does everything they can and makes us feel wanted within the community."
"Great place. HOWEVER, it’s unsettling to know a Tier 2 S*x Offender lives in the neighborhood, near the main office and mail boxes. What’s the point in a criminal background check. I get that nothing can be done if they were to buy their own house, but a rental community has the option of making sure the families that live here are safe. Please check the PUBLIC registry to be extra safe if you decide to live here."
