"Terrible management and maintenance. They've lost records of payments and maintenance requests. Black mold can be found in various apartments. Multiple ceiling fractures that are at the point of collapse. They wont do nothing about it and will say that they never received a request even though multiple reports had been made. Head of maintenance have walked into homes without notice to the tenant while they were not home. At one point, they went into a home and took food out and offered to give it away when the tenant had just moved in. There is an overwhelming stray cat problem that local animal rescues have offered to help with and they've declined. They have made rules to force people within the community to move out. Including no babysitting. Instead of taking care of maintenance issues, they will try to relocate you and if you refuse, they will evict you. Stated by Jenna. Grills are not allowed on the property due to fire hazard but will allow apartments to flood with water which is an electrical fire hazard. They will do anything to make money off of the tenants including charging a fee if you cannot get into your apartment. They do not listen to concerns from within the community. This is only a fraction of issues that many tenants have been facing. Instead of bringing a community together, they're tearing it down due to greed and power. They do not view tenants as people. There is a reason why staff at this office left when Jenna came in."
