Quality Inn and Conference Center

"I am posting this review a bit late. We stayed here mid summer on our way to a family reunion. There was construction going on so there was dust all over the hallways. Overall it was a good experience. I just have a question about how the building design was ever approved by the local government. The shape of the building is quite questionable and I would never have noticed had I not looked at the fire exit maps on the back of our hotel room door. Other than the shape of the building I have nothing negative to say about the place. They allow dogs, the receptionist was polite, and the room was clean."

"There was snow & ice the weekend I visited, their parking lot was not cleaned very well. I need the use of a walker, with the snow and ice it made walking for me more difficult, the entrance was at the top of a steep incline, which I did not feel safe walking up & down to get to the parking area. I asked for assistance in having my vehicle parked & brought up to the entrance. The front desk person was really rude about doing this. At one point I was made to wait 20 minutes before the desk help even came up to the desk and this was after he seen me pull up to the entrance. At one point the front desked person walked away from me as I was trying to thank them for bringing my vehicle up. He was also over heard telling someone to shut up. On their website it said they had a pool and fitness center, along with a hot breakfast and that there was a $100 deposit. When we arrived we learned the pool and fitness area was closed. They asked for a $150 deposit and the hot breakfast was all cold except a waffle maker."

"This being a new hotel (4/2023?) it was very nice and modern. The rooms were large and spacious. The public spaces large and inviting. With a good breakfast. We would stay here again."

"$70 for a room. No food service. Not wheelchair accessible. Even the rooms on the "first floor" have steps. No access to anything, no pool, pool table, gym, or lobby restrooms. All the vending machines were broken. $150 cash deposit ( that they don't mention how much it is when you book a room) that I didn't get back because some drops of blood on the sheets that im not sure where they came from. Even google search says that hotels don't charge for blood when because it happens sometimes with no fault to the guest."

"Do Not stay here. Literally my single handed worst experience of staying at a hotel. They don't have cableTV or TV service of any sort. I went to take a shower and NO hot water. Hot water works in the sink but is backwards. Cold is hot and hot is cold. So literally had to take a bath out of the sink. Hotels should not book anyone if you can accommodate the basic requirements. I checked in late at 9 pm and did not discover the water issue until it was to late to switch rooms. Not happy at all."
