"Moving to these apartments may have been the worse decision I have ever made. Their management team has no professionalism whatsoever, Jenny specifically. These apartments are advertised for new college students, making the transition seem seamless and easy. This process has been anything but those things. The amount of money I have lost due to unexplained charges and unforeseen payments is absolutely ridiculous. Jenny has made it almost impossible for me to recover from this financial mess. The only option I have been left with is to wait for my lease to be up and deal with the punches as they come. I hope others don’t have the same life altering experience I did."
