There is also an additional service charge attached to the fact that they had to charge you. The quality is less than mediocre but the constant extra fees are that of a 5-star hotel. Stay as far away from this place as you can!"

"The property manager is an absolute angel and professional as can be. The reviews on here reflect previous management's behavior but I can assure you Miss Jenner made the move in process seamless and easy. As a property manager myself i can greatly appreciate her level of expertise and prompt assistance. As for the unit it was clean, comfortable, and in great condition with no weird smells or questionable stains. Her level of care and concern come through in the quality that is now seen on this property. Id encourage folks to give it a chance. It's really a little gem."

"This place is a dump!!!! I moved here from south Florida in March 2018 and I rented the apartment online thinking it would be a great place to rent but as soon as I arrived the complex manager showed me the unit i was going to call home apt 11. It smelled like an ashtray the place was dirty and had a terrible odor. About a week of living in my apartment I became sick like i had a cold and my dog and roommate also became sick . I tried to figure out what the problem was and finally I found out what the problem was and it was a dangerous one. The unit was without heat until i moved in and seems a pipe broke from the cold and water had flowed under the flooring and Black mold had grown and was all over the unit .. after telling the management they didn't offer me a place or anything to help me get my health back but did a poor job of cleaning up the mess instead of removing all the mold they painted over it and replace one cabinet . I had to break my lease and they tried to stop me and still trying to collect money from me . I moved out and on the last day I showed the manager that new mold had started to grow again and I bet the didn't fix it at all. here are the pics i had to threaten them with to get out of my lease"

"They're mediocre apartments, grounds and maintenance has many issues as well as the management itself, I guess it's ok for college students and older folks but family and others not so much. It is priced higher for what it actually is and your rent raises every year so plan to pay more for each year you stay! Maintenance is definitely not a priority only a major problem is taken care of and that isn't even always immediately, regular things good luck getting those things tended to! It IS for the most part quiet, only obnoxious neighbors, everything else seems pretty peaceful and the is in an area that is located close to shopping and many other things, not far to the universities and colleges so great for college students and some faculty of them. Things could definitely be better but also could be worse. I'd give it a 4 out of 10 but a low 5!"
