"Worst place to live at the manager Susanne is very unprofessional she put my family at risk by putting us in a 1 bedroom apartment I am a family of 4 they cut my extension cord while I was cleaning my apartment we made a deal that if I turned in my keys they would drop the eviction on me when I was only a month behind they are trying to charge me for two months of rent if I could give this place a 0 star I would also we made a deal there would be no charges but didn’t put that in writhing but I do believe I still have the recording of our conversation on my phone from where I recorded us in court this place is a slum lord palace they will not fix anything at al just patch and pant they only gave me a week to leave so I couldn’t take everything"

"They declined me for an 1 bedroom place and it’s been over a month an I still haven’t see the money they said they would give back to me. Nor do they ever answer there phones."

"I live here now and these apartments are TERRIBLE. They get you with the unlimited laundry but the washer and dryers are constantly breaking down. They don't fix anything. Bugs constantly get into my apartment and idk how. Don't let them say anything is upgrade cause it's not. The doors are made of cheap wood . My tub leaks and they raising the rent when it's not worth it to begin with. SMH I will not be renewing my lease with these ppl and they can't even have sympathy to work with you on your rent."

"Claim one of their amenities are outdoor wooden picnic tables but most complexes either don't have them or they're broken down and old. Being a complex with no balconies you'd think they at least keep up a way for people to be outside in some way. It's almost inhumane to not have a way to enjoy fresh air especially when they state to provide a source. It's unfortunate especially for any children. Maybe one day these apartments could become worthy. Takes money to make money.!"
