Miami Suites Hotel

"I came here late, after midnight and after a long day driving from Chicago. As soon as I entered the room I realized everything was dirty. Cigarettes ashes everywhere, blankets, pillows and the whole bed was dirty, with stains, but I was so tired that I decided to pass out because I was exhausted. Next morning as soon as I woke up, I went there to talk to the front desk about this situation in the room, and also asking her to check me out earlier, because I didn’t wanted to stay in the hotel at that point. The lady at the front desk with short hair was very rude, she told me I already signed up the document that I accept the room the way it was and that I should’ve let her know at the exact moment when I realized but I tried to explain her that I was exhausted but she wouldn’t listen. I didn’t get my refund for the second night I was supposed to stay there. She didn’t want to give it to me. I took pictures and in fact this is the second time that I post this comment because I believe they are deleting it."
