"Well it was a good place when I moved in. But it is under New Owners and it's gone bad. They are not going to do HUD We that are on it had no notice, until the last moment,60 days to get out and find another place to live. Or pay full Rent. I think it is awful to do this to people who are on Disability or the Elderly on fixed income.. I just can't believe how you can treat people like this.Have a good Day to the one's still here. "This place is going downhill, since they changed to online payments and maintenance everything, no manager on premises anymore, You have to have a bank account or debit card to pay, and if you don't know how to use a smart phone or wifi with a computer to check email everyday your are SOL."
