"***LISTEN CAREFULLY*** (I have photos, videos, and other documentation to back up every claim!) You DO NOT want to move here! I can’t even name it all in this one review but if you don’t mind: *Weed smoke throughout the hallways and coming through your vents…. *Loose dogs…. *Dirty and trashy hallways, dumpsters, and parking lots… *Loud, inconsiderate, disrespectful, disgusting, “neighbors”…esp. booming music coming through the walls… *Fighting and cursing all times of the day and night… *Mgmt. taking however long they want to fulfill maintenance request… *Lazy and shotty repair “work”… *Loitering and unruly kids…. *Inconsiderate visitors who totally disregard parking rules… *Being jerked around and majorly inconvenienced…. Then this might be the place for you. If none of the above bothers you, then you’re probably the kind of resident I’m describing. The turnover for ownership is insane and the things I’ve had to endure are ridiculous. It would be nice if between mgmt. or corporate somewhere, somehow, someone would be concerned about tenants who desire to live in peace instead of allowing certain individuals to ruin and bring down the complex. AGAIN, DON’T BE FOOLED. YOU DON’T WANT TO MOVE HERE! If by chance things turn for the better, I will edit and update this review but for now it’s ZERO stars with TWO thumbs down. Edit: YOU DO NOT WANT TO MOVE HERE! If you’re in a tight spot and absolutely have to, I feel for you and hopefully you can make the best of it. Anyone else who doesn’t have to, DON’T! Edit(1/6/24): It is worse than ever. If you value your life, DON’T MOVE HERE! This place will soon be headlining on the evening news."

"Can't get help with the disgusting mold issues in bathroom ,Jerome said problems was fix & that was a lie ,he did say I have a 3 piece tub & I would have to move out,, & people below me would have to also due to structure damage,, also kitchen sink pipes came loose flooded kitchen floor I have a slant now in kitchen,, I also have mold stains above my sliding glass doors in living room cieling,, from I have a hole that you can see outside where last maintenance man try to do a patch up job .......... That's not even all of the issues in this apt. I keep getting told. " We haven't forgot about you ". Also. Jerome kept saying that it's evevitable"

"Trash place to live a year after moving out they claimed we owed then 1100 dollars after we paid them out full years lease and terms, while living there we went without heat for 6 months in the middle of summer because they don't want to properly fix there central air and heating to the point where when you turn on the air you would smell burnt electrical through the vents, after loving there for 6 months w our 1 pet they tried evicting us over 50 dollars of missed pet rent for a 2nd animal we never had, they change property managers every few months and every time it changes paper work gets messed up and now they want to come after previous tenets for momey we don't owe with no evidence of said money, would not reccomemmned theis place to anybody"

"Tudor Arms is where I live and my experience has been great, they get anything I need done quickly and efficiently. I was given an apartment without being discriminated against due to past mistakes. I love where I live and I'm pleased with my neighbors and neighborhood."

"Worst place ever to live after my husband died in my apartment 3067 Tremainsville # 102 they made myself an my daughter move out saying they just weren’t going to renew our lease! That was in July 2016 I literally had 2 weeks to find somewhere to move to and grieve the loss of my husband!"
