"In my experience the staff have been cool. I will say i wont recommend living there. As far as your neighbors, theyre going to be ghetto, kids running around everywhere, so expect that. The buildings are dirty, apparently they fired their cleaning crew. I had an issue with flies laying eggs or whatever cause i had a water leak and pest control or maintenance barely did a thing. Washing machine broke, i put in a maintencance request. never got fixed before i moved. Walls are paper thin but thats expected anywhere in toledo. The people they let live there are just ghetto, whole experiene was just ghetto. Still waiting on my deposit 3 months later to be returned to me and i never have had to deal with this with any other apartment complex. Beware friends!"
"DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN PLACE. I stayed here for almost 2 yrs moved in January of 2022 my first year was okay. The building I stayed in was very quiet for the most part. But things changed the following year and I can say they honestly do not care who they move in these apartments. For 10 months I dealt with no sleep due to the neighbors above me. My nights were filled with a basketball being bounced over my bedroom… running and jumping all hours of the day into the night… kids playing in the hallway…and a few days before Christmas a party filled with a least 20 something people with the door open and music playing loudly. Wasn’t going to call the office because I had done that several times and nothing was done because management is very rude and disrespectful and most definitely unprofessional. I knocked on the neighbors door once and got a call from management telling me not to do so like I was the problem. Finally move out on December 29, 2023 thank God but this place caused more stress than peace. Neighbors getting robbed… man walking around breaking in cars… random people knocking on your door because no security. Not to mention when the doors were supposed to be fixed folks were breaking them again. Work orders sitting in the system for a year and still wasn’t done. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU ARE SEEING ARE FAKE… FAKE … FAKE. I wrote a review before and got called on it by management so I pulled it down until I left because I’m not the one for harassment."
"We moved out September 1st! As of December 8th, 2023 we are still being charged rent, still receiving late rent emails & texts. The management is a joke. They will yell, scream, clap and snap in your face at you but as soon as you say something to them or get a little upset they call the cops. They also offer people $50-$100 off of rent to leave a good review for them. At least Marissa did and then never gave the $50 off of rent. SHOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER. Please find elsewhere to reside."
"I DO NOT suggest living here, (LOOK AT MY PHOTOS) the people in the reviews saying that it is a great place are LYING (FAKE REVIEWS) from the management..There are recent news stories about Larchmont Estates. Google it. Black mold, no smoke detectors, no locks on main doors, disrespectful maintenance crews and management who hate their jobs. They won't help you. You work hard and wake up to blood splatters and crime. The ghetto, and not a good ghetto. Run as far and fast as you can. We moved out Sept 27th, here it is Nov 1st and we still don't have our security deposit!!!! We left the home clean and here are the photos. A shame and then some!!"
"Blood was splattered on the walls in the hallway when I lived there early in 2022 I called weekly and often and they said they were cleaning it up every time. When I moved out in February of 2023 the blood was still on the walls. A washer was filled with stagnant water that was growing mold and smelled horrible. I called them to help fix it they said I should call the company who owned the washer. I called them nobody helped for over a month. In the meantime I had to keep a towel under my door so my apartment wouldn't smell. So many broken windows that they just boarded up. The grass was often overgrown some areas over a foot high. The carpet in the hallway was just covered in filth and sticky and smelly. If you can afford to live anywhere else I recommend not living hewas stressful living here."
