"Been living here for the past seven years they switch management every year maintenance never come and fix anything very unorganized and unprofessional. When you call, they never answer the phone. This is supposed to be apartments for family, but they have nothing. Absolutely nothing out here for kids to do. I hope they don’t think the raggedy park up the street is where kids are supposed to go and play so with no place for kids to play you have kids running around here stealing cars, throwing trash and garbage everywhere. Would not recommend"

"I have lived in Collingwood Green since it first opened for occupancy in the townhouses since 2016. I am very pleased with my apartment, it's quiet and well maintained. My only issue is contacting management. They rarely answer the phone and it seems like management changes every other month"

"I applied at this place in December of 2020. The office was closed to the public and they instructed me to put my application in the RENT drop box, I did. I called back In January and was told they’re working on it. I called again in July the black lady said I never turned in an application and she’ll get back to me after she look through the application box. Today I called (Nov 2nd 2021) and was told I never turned in an application. I’m so upset I feel like me and my daughter information was completely breached! I DO NOT RECOMMEND."
