"Don’t rent here. Not pet friendly if you don’t pay over $600 in fees first and even after that who knows if your pet’s breed is on the “approved list” of breeds. That’s not the only complaint either. After having used the garbage can McDonald’s Wi-Fi that is offered here for a year, they switched to an even worse Wi-Fi. Good luck if you have online courses or homework to do. Even being wired in through Ethernet, it is still a whole dumpster fire of weak/no connection. Now on to the maintenance problem. Our air filter in our utility room hasn’t been changed in months, not like it matters because the filters don’t fit very well. I put in a work order for mold in our bathrooms about a month ago and still nothing has happened. I’m terrified to stand on my balcony during rain because on the 3rd floor, it looks like to ceiling will collapse. The provided grills are out of propane every other time I try to use them. Overall, looking back on it. I regret signing my lease. Save yourself the hassle. Honestly"

I was supposed to room with my friends and had followed the instructions on the room sync,now that I'm stuck in a unit with strangers, they always said management was out or had to leave for lunch, therefore I recommend that you go over the lease on their phone before signing with them. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU Or YOUR Well being ,THEY JUST ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE."

"Management here is extremely unprofessional and uncommunicative. Its very convenient that a manager happens to be "out of the office" EVERY time a phone call or in-person visit to the front desk is made... I would never recommend signing a lease at Olde Towne to anyone. You would be living in an overpriced dump that's main focus is charging students exorbitant fees (but they will never inform you that these fees exist until its too late)."

"I have been living in oldetown apartments since 2 years and I’m quite happy with the leasing services, apartment facilities and staff. Staff is always engaging. This community feels like home to me because of amazing roommates. If parking spots are available close to the apartment I would definitely give it a 5 star."
