"I truly enjoyed pie day on yesterday. Staff are very friendly. My only complaint is my neighbors on both sides of my loft. My view is beautiful and they offer all the amenities on the premises you could want. Once again my only complaint is my privacy . Walls are way too thin for the price I pay monthly."

"When I first moved in it was nice, quiet and cozy. The office would have these free breakfast days that I was able to enjoy once or twice. Last year when I would go to the office to pick up packages it was always pleasant, my last and hopefully final visit felt very strange. Here I am trying to open the door and the office lady sitting there watching me but, wouldnt let me in until I attempted to walk towards her window to knock on it. No one in the office looked familiar to me but, I dont go in there that much. I just solved that unpleasant problem by not going in there again. Easy fix!!! I got a new upstairs neighbor that literally stumps like big foot all day and all night. The only time it is quiet is when they are not home or sleep. It has to be more than one person living there because no one person walks all day like that. I work nights and I am I hard sleeper but, it's so loud It wakes me up from my sleep. If I try to knock on the wall, to get them to settle down , they retaliate by stumping harder, which aggravates me furthur and I turn my tv all the way up. I am a sleep deprived fulltime student and a fulltime nurse, that has to stay with cowokers just so I can rest. Imagine that. So if u dont take nothing else from this here very truthful rant, understand this. This complex is very cheaply designed, but if u like it. I love it."

"A wonderful place to have a nice family gathering. The clubhouse is truly stunning and there is more than enough space for any type of event you could plan. We had my daughters first birthday party here, and were able to fit around 40 people without having to sacrifice any comfort. If you're looking to have a birthday party, fantasy football draft, or even a small family reunion I couldn't recommend a better place than Marina Lofts."

"I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The management team was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The property was well-maintained and clean, with beautiful landscaping and a sparkling pool. The apartments themselves were spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering modern amenities and plenty of natural light. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience."

"Applicants, be aware: If you were to cancel your application within the allowed time or if your application is denied, this people will NOT issue your refund back. They will tell you to wait for a month so they can mail you a check with you 450 bucks that you might need to use for a different application somewhere else (yes 1 whole month). They are horrible and don't care about you staying without that amount when they know you're looking for a place to rent and the expenses that comes with it. Then they will start ignoring your emails. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure everyone knows how shady they are. If you have a $450 that you really don't need, go ahead and apply with them and good luck with their shady tactics."
