"I really loved our refrigerator until one day it started leaking all over my kitchen floor after not even having it for a year. It was sudden and unexpected. Now I have been out an ice maker and water dispenser for 2 months and I’m not getting anywhere at all with customer service. I purchased a warranty through lowes, but since my fridge is still under the manufacturer’s warranty I can’t use it yet. I filed my case with kenmore in the beginning of august, it is now 9/27 and I have been told all of these different responses: “will reach out the dispatch asap, if there is anything more we can assist you please let us know”, “we will be sending you a return order as there is nobody in your area to repair your unit”, “you will receive an email about your return in 24-48 hours”, “oh, this is still under review from headquarters”. I have received these same messages at least 3 times each and I haven’t gotten email from headquarters or anyone regarding my return. Why do they need to reach out to dispatch if they are waiting on an update from headquarters? They are just giving me the run around until my warranty is up in November. It’s sad that they charge $3,000 for a fridge yet don’t want to help their paying customers. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I don’t recommend that you do either. It will just break and then you’ll never get any answers on what’s going on with your case."
