"Update: Shortly after placing my initial review, the Area manager (Madaline) reached out to me to offer me another tour. Upon arriving for the tour, I was greeted by the property manager and the area manager, both who apologized for the misunderstanding and miscommunication. Both were incredibly friendly and the property manager (Andrea) who showed us around was really great and interactive with my son, who can be a bit on the wild side as he’s 2.5. We toured both a 2/1 townhome and a 2/1 flat, both were decent sized. Giving it 4 stars because the units we were shown are the ones available and the 2/1 townhome was dirty (urine stain on the toilet, dirt in the shower, dishwasher had water sitting in it and was busted in at the bottom) but this is obviously something they can fix prior to leasing to someone. The 2/1 flat was decently clean, but just wasn’t what we wanted. Overall we had a good experience touring but my husband and I both agreed that the apartments aren’t what we were looking for, but it definitely wasn’t anything against the property or team there. Made an appt online to try and and view these apartments yesterday (10/13). Made the appointment for 3:15 pm and on our way hit some of the construction traffic in Sylvania. We called the main line to try and get a message through that we would be there 2-3 min late. They put the message through but when we pulled in at 3:17pm, the office was closed with a sign that said they would return at 3:30. I tried to call again to make sure the message was put through and the person on the main line said it was. We decided to wait because we were really interested in these apartments. We waited until 3:42 but couldn’t wait any longer as our kids were starting to get a little antsy and it was too windy/chilly for them to be outside. The property looks nice and we got there as kids got off the bus. As parents it was nice to see that there were a good bit of kids in the complex. The people I spoke to on the main line were both pleasant and tried to help. I do wish there was some way to reach the leasing office instead of a mainline to help in situations like this. I’d love to give viewing the property another shot and can update my review following a rescheduled appt."

"This apartment complex is looking absolutely gorgeous! I drive by the property on my way to work each day and the new management company has made several noticeable improvements that look great. You can really tell they are putting in the time and money to get things where they need to be. Kudos!"

"Awful and impossible to contact. I have been trying to submit a notice to vacate for 3 weeks now. I set up two appointments with the office and when I go to the office at the scheduled time nobody is there. I have left messages and nobody returns them. The one time my message was returned it was to set up the appointments that nobody was there for. My lease requires a 60 day notice and I feel I am being avoided to not be able to end my lease. I purchased a house so I can not renew the lease. So this is my official notice to vacate apt #63 by the end of my lease term 8/31/23. Thanks!"
