"Chateau Monroe Apartments are awful. I had mold issues, I was in a basement apartment. They were never resolved, the mold kept coming back. They tried to keep my deposit. There was a mom with a newborn baby who couldn't even stay in her apartment because of the mold. She paid her rent every month and couldn't even live there. Think twice about moving into Chateau Monroe Apartments."

"Let me start by saying I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in the Toledo/Sylvania area. Chateau Monroe has been by far the best experience I’ve had. It’s quiet, secure, and the neighbors are all very respectful. I also can’t say enough positive things about the manager Bethany and the maintenance guys Doug and Dan. Bethany is always professional and listens to your needs as a resident. This is a positive change from what I am used to. The maintenance crew is respectful of your schedule and things are fixed in a timely manner. The location is great as well. You are within 3-5 minutes of literally anything you will need. I am happy to call this place my home and I can’t recommend it enough!"
