"Nice place overall. Management has been very helpful and polite throughout the leasing process."
"My cousin lives in this apartment complex and they have been so rude and unprofessional to her. The office lost her rent check and was trying to evict her. They took money out of her account for rent and she received a letter stating she needed to show up in court for eviction! This apartment complex is horrible and I would not recommend anyone live here."
"I just moved into this apartment back in June of 2020. Right away there were issues of broken AC units in almost every unit on the property. CMP took over this property and they are trying to make renovations. But their customer service is piss poor. I came home from work at 3 am to my key getting stuck in the exterior door. The key would budge and I couldn't get in my apartment. I called the so called emergency maintenance line and was told someone would be right out. An hour later and no one showed. I called again at 4 am and was fed the same story. I waited another hour in my car in freezing temperatures for someone to come let me in and again no one showed. At 5am I called and that person told me that no is coming because the office is closed and I'd have to wait to the offices open at 9. I told them that was unacceptable since it wasn't my fault the door wouldn't open. I sent an email to the leasing manager and her boss Samantha. At 9am I called the leasing office over and over and no one answered the phone. I had a friend call and he got right through and they told him Samantha will be reaching out to me. Finally at 11am I got an email back from Samantha stating that they are looking into the recordings about what happened. She said that only 1 of the 2 calls were noted as emergency and 2 of them weren't even dispatched to the maintenance team. I told Samantha that ive been sitting in my car for 3 hours and call off from one of my jobs. She offered $50 as a solution. I told her that wasn't nearly enough for what I had to endure and I still didn't have access to my apartment. We emailed back and forth and finally at noon I gain access to my apartment, after Samantha let it be known the door was fixed and my key was retrieved at 8am. They had time to fix their property but not let me in till 4 hours later. If a tenant is locked out regardless of whose at fault someone should be able to let them in. If it is their fault charge the tenant but this was a broken exterior building door. How they handle this situation is pure trash. At one point Samantha said she would compensate me for my day of loss wages then settled on a lesser amount. She also said that maintenance tried calling me but I emailed her screenshots of my call records that show no one called me at all. If you are are looking into renting here, don't. They do not care about you at all!"
"Literally the worst place I've ever rented. No one is ever in the office if you have a question or to pay rent.. and if the lady diamond is there her attitude is awful. Nothing you put a work order in for is ever fixed. Our a/c went out over the summer and so we called and asked them to fix it. Nothing happened on there and. And even with our running very minimally our electric bill was over 400 per month because it was trying to work and it just couldn't. And we live on the top floor so it was over 95 degrees most "good" days and 110 on the days 0/10 would recommend this apartment to anyone."
"I moved in mid April of 2016. For the first 3 days there was no water to the shower or dishwasher. They managed to fix the shower after about 3 days. It took over a week for them to hook up water to the dishwasher. That’s when I discovered that the plumbing to the kitchen sink was done wrong – if you poured anything down the sink it ended up in the bottom of the dishwasher. It took until the end of June for them to fix that issue. Then when you leaned on the kitchen sink all of the pipes would fall apart, this took two weeks to fix. In the mean time water started appearing in my Master Bedroom closet (this happened after the shower was fixed so in the first week of my moving in). I called multiple times. The maintenance kept saying it was coming from upstairs and that they couldn’t do anything about it. It is now almost August – I have pictures of mushrooms that were growing out of the constantly soaked carpeting. Black mold is growing in the master bathroom from the water. They finally fixed the leak (it only took 11 weeks!) but they have yet to repair any of the damage done by the water. I have not only spoken with the apartment manager on multiple occasions, but have also contacted the corporate office about the poor job their apartment manager is doing. Now I have water coming in from the outside and flooding the spare bedroom when it rains. My neighbor hasn’t had working AC all summer. Another neighbor had their motorcycle stolen out of the parking lot. The pool was closed down by the health department. What makes me sad about all of this is that these apartments could be wonderful. Most of the people who live here are good people that are all miserable at the state of the buildings. They need to clean house – get an apartment manager with some sort of concept of how to do the job, hire maintenance people with both skills and a desire to work, and then fix this place up. There is no reason for it to be this bad. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. In response to the response from the management company: I have contacted you, multiple times. We are now into month 5. I was informed that there would be no discount to my rent or concessions for myself, my neighbors who have had no AC all summer, or my other neighbor who shares my water issues. Water still comes in through the slider in the guest bedroom. I'm told someone will finally be out to replace the linoleum on Monday. There is no excuse for your poor service, or the fact that you refuse to make rent concessions for those you have made suffer for months on end. I left a VM at corporate today to discuss with them. This is my 4th call to corporate."
